What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

Delivery charges vary by the size of the order.  We normally use UPS unless you specify that you want another company to be used.  If you plan on making a large order we would recommend UCL. 

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

Currently we accept major credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal.  For security reason we don’t accept Checks.  If you are an established costumer of ours you may choose to have it shipped C.O.D MO via UPS or UCL.

How long will delivery take?

Depending on your Location Delivery can take up so 7 business days(if you are in the east coast).  If you need a faster service please let us know as soon as you place your order. we will get back to you and let you know of the various shipping quotes. Please provide a phone number so we can reach you immediately.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

Your online shopping is encrypted with a SSL certificate as required by law and payment gateways.  Your credit card information is secured by PayPal. 

What exactly happens after ordering?

After you place your order we will get right on it and start verifying that everything in the order is currently in stock.  If there is something missing or out of stock we will call you or email you if we can’t reach you by phone.  

If everything Is O.K. We will proceed and let you know the shipping charge before shipping your order. A seperate charge may be requiered to cover the shipping charge.  You can always choose the shipping method.  UPS, UCL, AXXES, Qexpress. Please let us know beforehand 

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes. You will receive a final invoice from your order as soon as we ship it out.
